In this model responsibility of preventive maintenance, minor spares, consumables, labour and minor repairs is with us and jobs are carried out as per manufacturers recommendation.

The client pays per hour of operation of the genset for defined scope of maintenance.
We suggest a lube oil sampling to be carried out after every 300 Hours of engine operation to ensure that the engine is operating under optimum conditions. In case the Lube Oil is bought from GGE we do undertake the responsibility of the periodic oil sampling and offer recommendations of oil change intervals.

The major advantage that the Guascor engines have over other types of machines is that most of the vertical moving components are common for the engines from 140 KWe to 800 KWe machines. The other common spare parts being all electronic components, cylinder heads, starters etc. It is therefore very easy for us offer ex-stock delivery of most of the parts that the client may need including that for overhauling of the engines.
